Shipping and restrictions

Where parts ship from, what your broker gets, and the one restriction that decides whether an order can happen at all.

01Everything ships from Antalya

There is no warehouse in the United States and no third party holding stock. Parts are packed at the shop and leave Antalya on the freight arranged for your order.

Export paperwork is prepared at this end. Your broker receives the documents they need rather than a pallet and a telephone number — which is the single most common way a first shipment from a new supplier goes wrong.

02Magazine capacity limits

A number of US states cap the capacity of a magazine that may be sold or possessed. Where a limit applies, we do not supply the affected part into that state, and we would rather establish that at the enquiry than at the border.

This is why the quotation form asks for the destination before it asks anything about the order. A list that contains a restricted part and a restricted destination is flagged on the form itself, and the rest of the list is quoted normally.

Commonly restricted:

  • California
  • Colorado
  • Connecticut
  • Delaware
  • District of Columbia
  • Hawaii
  • Illinois
  • Maryland
  • Massachusetts
  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • Oregon
  • Rhode Island
  • Vermont
  • Washington

Limits differ by state and change. Treat the list as the reason to ask rather than as an answer: the buyer and their counsel decide what may be shipped where, and we confirm against that before anything leaves.

03Who may receive a shipment

Eligibility depends on what is being shipped, where it is going, and who is receiving it. Dealers are asked for their licence or registration before a first order; individuals are asked for the destination.

Every product on this site is developed for the civilian market. Availability and eligibility depend on destination, and not every part can be supplied into every jurisdiction.

04Lead times

Not published, because they depend on the part, the quantity and what is on the shop floor that week. A quotation states the lead time for the order it covers, and that figure is the one we stand behind.

A page-wide promise would be a number that is wrong for most orders. See Manufacturing for the rest of what is deliberately not stated.

05If something arrives damaged

Photograph it before it is unpacked any further, including the outer carton, and send the photographs with your reference. Freight damage is settled against the carrier and the evidence has to exist.

A part that is defective rather than damaged is covered by the warranty.
