The sale of components and accessories manufactured by HK Armory in Antalya, and the use of this website. They will not cover the sale of complete firearms, because the company does not make any.

A parts catalogue without this section is an insurance problem rather than a legal nicety, so it is the one that matters most here.

It will say, at minimum:

• That fitting a component is the responsibility of a competent person, and that nothing on this site is an instruction to fit anything.
• That known fitment is stated per product and nothing beyond it is claimed — which is already true of every product page today.
• That a part modified after supply is no longer a part we are in a position to stand behind.

Nothing on this site is a price and nothing on it is an offer. A quotation is issued against a specific list, a specific quantity and a specific destination, and its validity period will be stated on it.

Availability and eligibility depend on destination, and not every part can be supplied into every jurisdiction. Where a US state caps magazine capacity, the affected part is not supplied into it — see Shipping and restrictions.

Open. The company is in Antalya and sells into the United States, and which entity a US buyer contracts with decides this question. It will be answered here before anything is sold under these terms.
