Export compliance

Everything on this site is a component or an accessory. We do not manufacture, export or supply complete firearms, and every product is developed for the civilian market.

Goods are exported from Türkiye and enter the United States through the buyer or their broker. Export documentation is prepared at this end.

This page states no customs heading, no entry code and no control classification — not because they are withheld, but because they are not yet confirmed in a form that could be published.

A distributor files against what a supplier states. A heading printed here that turns out to be wrong is worse than one that is absent, because the absent one gets asked about and the wrong one gets used.

Whether a given part may be supplied to a given destination and a given recipient is established before a quotation is issued, not after. The quotation form asks for the destination first for exactly this reason.

Where a US state caps magazine capacity, the affected part is not supplied into it. See Shipping and restrictions.

Write to [email protected] with the parts, the destination and what your broker needs. Where it is settled you will get it in writing; where it is not, you will be told that rather than given a number that looks like an answer.
