These are facts about how the site is built rather than promises, and they can be checked by anybody who opens the network tab.

• No analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no embedded third-party widget. That is why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.
• No account, no login and no password. Nothing on this site requires one.
• Your quote list is stored in your own browser and is never sent anywhere until you submit a request. Clearing your browser data deletes it and we never see it.
• Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.

Only what you type into a form and send:

Quotation request

Your name, email, telephone if given, business name and registration if you are a dealer, the destination, your notes, and the parts list you built.

Dealer application

The same, without a parts list.

It is used to answer you and to supply you. It is not sold, rented or passed to anybody who is not required to fulfil the order.

Open. An enquiry that becomes an order has a retention period set by accounting and export record-keeping; one that does not, does not. The answer will be stated here as a period rather than as “as long as necessary”.

Which rights apply to you depends on where you are, and the company has not yet decided whether it accepts enquiries from the EU and UK. That decision adds or removes a whole section of this notice, so it is being made before the section is written rather than after.

In the meantime, ask us to delete what you have sent and we will, by writing to [email protected].

Adding analytics, a tag manager, a pixel or an embed changes this notice and may require consent. That is a decision to make before any of them is added, not after — it is written down here so that it cannot quietly happen.
